My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The check-in process was a nightmare as they denied my booking from a well-known website, which left me waiting for almost an hour. The staff seemed untrained and unhelpful, and I felt completely ignored. Overall, it felt like a trap with hidden charges, and I can't recommend staying here under any circumstances.
